1. Introduction
In the following terms and conditions, 'we', 'us', 'our' means Mamachanga. The website www.mamachanga.com is made available to you 'the purchaser' persuant to the following terms and conditions wich are legally binding. Please read through these terms carefully before making any purchase from the Mamachanga website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
Any purchase from the Mamachanga website will indicate your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Price
All products and prices on the Mamachanga website are quoted and settled in Euros. All taxes are included in the prices that are displayed on our website. Shipping costs are not included in this price. You can check the shipping cost for each product and country before checkout.
Purchases shipped to international addresses can be subject to custom taxes imposed by your home country. For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the home country.
Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the Purchaser and will not be covered by Mamachanga. The Purchaser may incur these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods have been purchased.
3. Product availability
All pieces in the online shop are ready to ship.
4. Order confirmation
Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 2-3 business days of orders being placed, however this may vary depending on demand, sickness or illness, or public holidays during the time of order. Please email us immediately should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time.
5. Payment
Transactions for purchases are made through bank transfer accepting all major credit cards or Paypal.
All goods remain the property of Mamachanga until they are paid-for in full. Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary.
6. Delivery
When you have placed your order and we have received your payment, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Delivery takes around 2-4 working days within Spain.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery after dispatch notification. Mamachanga cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery, theft or loss of a product during shipping.
International shipping
Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery after dispatch notification. Mamachanga cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery, theft or loss of a product during shipping.
If something should happen to your order during transport, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the order. You can send an email with a description of your claim and clear pictures to info@mamachanga.com
8. Liability
Mamachanga is not responsible for damages that happen due to wrong usage of the products. For all orders the Spanish law and public right apply. Disputes will also be settled by the Spanish court.
9. Return Policy
In the odd case that you don't like your order or are not happy, you can return the goods within 14 days after receiving them. Please always notify us and send an email to: info@mamachanga.com before shipping the goods back to us. When we received your return order, we will review it and refund your order within 2 working days.
The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Mamachanga can not be held responsible for damages or loss of return orders.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
Please pack all exchanges carefully, as Mamachanga cannot be held responsible for items damaged in return transit to Mamachanga.
10. Product variation
As described in our product descriptions, every Mamachanga product it is stamped by hand. This may result in variations in colour between pieces. A handmade item does not have a machine made, uniform finish. The hand of the maker is evident in each piece to guarantee authenticity of a manual process. This is a charming inherent character of a handcrafted item.
